Refund policy
We want you to love your AULIV pieces. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Items must be free of spray-tan solution, self-tanner, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair and odors. Because our pieces are made to be worn during and after a tan, anything with tan transfer or staining can't be accepted.
- Free gifts (including the launch tanning mitt) and items marked final sale can't be returned.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
